The demo device can be used to demonstrate most of EZ-Scan features by working as a virtual scanner, when a real scanning device is not available.

View all item properties and associated batch properties by right clicking on an item in the grid.
List of previously opened databases are saved in a Most Recently used list for quick access to multiple databases.
Images or data can be copied to the clipboard and pasted into other programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel.
Items can be edited directly from the grid by double clicking on an item, or choosing Edit>Edit Item from the main menu.
Images are renamed to .del files when records are deleted from EZ-Scan. They are not deleted.
Deletion rights can be assigned or denied to each user. (Professional version and higher).
Searches can be performed using any of the item or batch fields as criteria.
Fields can be included or excluded from the search screen by setting the field properties.
Any field can be searched with a range of values (ex. Amount > 100 and Amount < 200).
Right click on an item in the data grid to find more items from the same group, batch, date process, or company.
