Precision Software Technologies, Inc. (PST) headquarters are located in sunny central Florida within the Tampa Bay’s city limits. PST’s mailing address is 11920 Race Track Road, Tampa, FL 33626, our website is www.pstinc.com. Housed at our Florida location are President James Billig and Vice President Charles Parks, both having over 40 years experience with imaging programming and production management. Both are software programmers and share overlapping operation duties. We pride ourselves in having the ability to scale our service bureau, support and programming project’s infrastructure. Having a scaleable infrastructure allows us to easily scale our operation to meet a variety of time restraints and demands required by our clients. Rick Bales is our Vice President of Systems Development and has been with the PST team for six years. Rick is our lead programmer and support manager. Rick is responsible for 2 to 10 additional programmers and support staff. Most customer support calls will be taken by Rick himself and resolved real time providing an immediate solution to any problems without going through any type of voice mail system or logging system. Jay Druckamiller is the manger of service bureau operations. Jay has been with PST for eight years. Jay is very production-focused and always has the client’s expectations at the top of his list. Jay is our toughest client due to time and production scheduling pressures that he is required to manage. Jay also provides a single contact to our clients to resolve any issues that can present themselves in our production department. Jay can be responsible to manage up to 50 people per shift and to oversee all floor/shift supervisors. We have ability with our infrastructure to scale personnel to meet our client’s needs. PST currently occupies 3,000 sq feet of permanent space for the headquarters and an additional dedicated building with warehousing of 5,000 sq feet to support our service bureau. We have the ability to secure up to 20,000 sq ft of warehouse space at the same physical location as needed month to month to provide a total scalable solution.

Services

Located at our Florida PST site is a full-service image/data capture service bureau.

Listed below are just some of our services we can provide for your company at any level.

Check Capture Services – Capture both front and back and provide parsing of the MICR line. We can also provide capture of the check address, date of check, payee, payer and signature capture or any combination if required to meet your needs. PST can also create ACH submission files from the scanned checks. PST will create any image/data structure to input to your existing image system.

Page Capture Services – Capture both front and back documents. PST software can perform an OCR/ICR process and format the lifted data into a usable data format of your choice. Documents can be captured in bi-tonal, grayscale or color and can be formatted to your choice of formats pdf, tif, jeg, gif, bmp, etc. Provide indexing of documents by box, folder, page and area of the page if needed. PST software can read all types of barcodes and mark sense data input and if needed provide a complete key-in from hard documents.

Web Storage and Retrieval Services – PST can provide your output data and images via our EZ-Scan Web web-site storage software. You can host your images and data on your server or ours for a modest fee. You can have full search or indexed fields capabilities to retrieve the image/data via a secure password from anywhere in the world.

Equipment

Processing Equipment - All new 2006 Dell Precision 350 workstation with 17” LCD displays, Currently 20 active QC/processing stations additional processor can be installed to meet heavy production periods. Four Dell Customize Precision 650 servers with mirrored drives and full redundancy.

Page Image Capture Equipment - 12 Canon high speed DR9080 and DR7580 page scanners capable of capturing 90 two sided images per minute. Transports can handle documents from a business size card to 11” x 17” both sides.

Check Image Capture Equipment: Two high speed Fuji Machine System check transports capable capturing front and back of checks and can perform encoding and endorsing at 250 per minute. Six high speed check and small document (4” X 6”) transports capable of capturing both front and back and endorse/print on back of checks/documents up to 180 documents per minute.

On-Site Scanning – PST can provide on-site scanning of checks or page documents and an create a temporary scanning facility at your site and will provide all hardware and personnel to complete your backfile requirements. Over 80% of all our page scanning is done at our client’s location.

Other - Power backup systems are present on all equipment and a gas powered backup generator for extended outages if required. Full site security from ADT Corp. and image cameras are used to monitor sensitive documents requirement areas.

Production Capabilities

PST’s service bureau is founded on a scalable infrastructure enabling us to scale our company to given requirements at any given time. Below we are stating our basic minimum configuration for our current day to day operations.

• Image and Basic Indexing: Check Capture: 568,800 per shift 3 shifts at 1,706,400 per day.
• Page Capture: 200,000 per shift 3 shifts at 800,000 per day.
• Data Capture from Image: 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 keystrokes per day. Output CD, DVD, FTP Data, ISO Tape Format. Data Backup:
• Backup is done daily and kept off site in a secure location.
• Disaster Recovery: PST has partnered with several of our large clients to use their equipment and software at their location if necessary to avoid any downtime. PST has disaster backup locations in the east, west and central areas of the US.
