EZ-ScanTM Professional is the full featured version of EZ-ScanTM Workstation. EZ-ScanTM Workstation is PST’s flagship desktop check scanning / image management product suite which can control all major brands of check scanners.
EZ-ScanTM Professional provides great archiving capabilities to replace copy machines or mircofilmers. Full auto indexing on batch and MICR line fields for easy retrieval. Checks are scanned and viewed from the any PC workstation. A LICENSE FREE viewer is included. User level security and multi-user access is included. Data is stored in an Access database with files optionally stored in the database or in files. Upgrades to enterprise level databases such as SQL Server or Oracle are optional. Up to 25 custom batch and item level fields can be added to EZ-ScanTM Professional to fit your needs. EZ-ScanTM Professional supports Check 21 x9.37 standards with ability to create and import Check 21 files into the EZ-Scan database as well as providing a FREE Check 21 viewer.

EZ-ScanTM provides total data and image management including verification software and license free retrieval viewers. Because of its Plug ‘n Play design, our EZ-ScanTM software can be modified by the user to add additional data fields without costly custom programming.
The EZ-ScanTM family of software is an economical check, data, and image capture solution which can be easily configured and / or customized for your specific needs. EZ-Scan.NETTM provides a browser based robust check and payment capture solution that offers numerous enhancements over other remote capture product offerings. Features such as ICR/OCR, image validation, data validation, CAR/LAR, and data lookups can be performed on the checks uploaded to PST. All data printed on checks and coupons can be captured including Amount, Account Information, Payor, Address, Proof of signature and more. Electronic reports can be generated by EZ-ScanTM and merged with existing banking software, check processors, databases and accounting systems. It provides seamless integration with your existing image or accounting platform. The EZ-ScanTM family of software products can also be used as a full featured stand alone check image/data retention solution to meet any unique user requirements.
