Description
With PST Exchange warranty, if a hardware issue is unresolved after consulting PST tech support by phone, a replacement scanner will be provided to the customer by PST. The scanner will ship standard overnite shipping. When the customer receives the replacement scanner they must use the shipping box to return the original scanner to PST. If the customer fails to return the scanner withing 10 business days they will be billed for the replacement scanner.The customer is responsible for shipping cost to PST.
