VP of Systems Development

Rick Bales is one of the co-founders of PST and has over 7 years of experience as a application and web programmer specializing in the check imaging environment. Rick was born in Kentucky, attended school there and in Los Angeles where he lived for 8 years, before moving to Tampa, FL in 1996. Rick is part of the development team responsible for all of PST's applications including EZ-Scan.  Rick enjoys wakeboarding, working on his vintage 1976 Nautique ski boat, playing guitar, working out, and of course keeping up with the latest computer technologies.
